Le Xin Catering Pte Ltd TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Le Xin Catering Pte Ltd. This Terms & Conditions applies to the Le Xin Catering Pte Ltd Web Site/Service and does not apply to the content of third parties.

The Le Xin Catering Pte Ltd Web Site/Service (hereinafter known as “Service”) is offered to you hereinafter know as “Customer”) conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. You use of the Le Xin Catering Pte Ltd Web Site/Service constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices.


TINGKAT ORDER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. TINGKAT SERVICE

We provide Tingkat lunch and dinner service from Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

B. MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum of 20 meals per order.

C.PAYMENT

Cash or cheque payment must be made on the start day of every new order. For cheque payments, please make cheque payable to "Le Xin Catering Pte Ltd". For cash payments, customer is required to request the staff to sign with staff’s name on the invoice upon delivery of food by our staff. Le Xin Catering Pte Ltd will not entertain any dispute of payments unless proof of payment can be furnished.

D.MICROWAVE CONTAINERS

The customer can request for the food to be delivered in microwave containers, at an additional charge of S$10.00, on top of the total charges.

E. REPLACEMENT OF MEAL

The customer must notify Le Xin Catering Pte Ltd at least 1 working day in advance should he/she decides not to have the meal delivered on that day/date. Replacement of meal will be given for the skipped meal/s will be added in the next cycle/month. In the event of dispute/s, our company reserve the right to have the final say on the number of days/meals consumed based on our records.

F. TERMINATION OF ORDER

The customer must notify Le Xin Catering Pte Ltd by phone/writing/fax/email minimum 3 working days before the END date of the order. A new cycle of 20days term will be renewed and imposed upon if we do not receive any cancellation or termination notice 3 working days before the date of expiry.

G. CANCELLATION FOR CONFIRMED ORDER

No refund will be made should the customer cancel the service within or before the 20-meals cycle/order.

H. DAMAGES

The Tingkat (tiffin carrier) is the property of our Company. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the Tingkat. Our stainless steel container is meant for the convenience of carrying the foods and not recommended for heating or cooking purposes. Our containers will get damaged if placed under direct fire, which is beyond washable. We reserve the right to claim for the replacement costs of $20 if any one of the compartment is stained or dented due to the mishandling by our customers.
